Mars Pathfinder:

This is a view looking back from
the Mars Pathfinder Rover,
named Sojourner, toward the
lander. Unlike the present
Mars missions, the
Mars Pathfinder lander also
had its own camera:

Pathfinder gave us our first close-up
analysis of Martian rocks in situ.
We also saw a terrain that is pretty
rocky, and fairly similar looking to
the Viking lander sites.
