(a Mpc is a Megaparsec, or 1 million parsecs).
Another results seems to show that
the outward acceleration of the Universe
is increasing due to a mysterious
thing called dark energy.
We have no idea what the substance
of dark energy (or even dark matter,
for that matter) is.
