The next part of our journey takes us to
Denmark.
Danish astronomer and playboy Tycho Brahe (1546-1601)
accepted an offer from King
Frederick II to build an observatory
in rural Denmark. The observatory
was called Uraniborg:

Uraniborg was staffed entirely by young
women, and probably not for their
advanced training in astronomy.
