Newton's laws

Newton's third law:

For every action there is an equal and opposite reaction.

I push (via my weight) on the floor. The floor pushes back up at me (otherwise I would fall through).

The Sun pulls on the Earth (gravity). Therefore, the Earth also pulls on the Sun (via gravity).

Demo: air track -- slam two masses together, and they rebound in opposite directions.
